    I will explain what their irrelevant "objecion" is in a moment. In order to explain

    the angles at the bottom of the solar panel are 70 degrees and 110 degrees.
    These angles are way, way too far from 90 degrees to prove their bonkers
    projective geometry idea!!!!

    The solar panels are from square cells that are either 6 inches by 6 inches or square cells that are either 5 inches by 5 inches.

    The model JAM6 72/300-320 are 12 square cells long and 6 squares wide and so are 2 by 1 (where the individual cells are 6 inches by 6 inches).

    The model JAM5 (R) 72/200-220 are 12 square cells long and 6 squares wide and so are 2 by 1 (where the individual cells are 5 inches by 5 inches).

    The model JAM5 60/195-215 are 10 square cells long and 6 squares wide and so are 5 by 3 (where the individual cells are 6 inches by 6 inches).

    From these configurations, you can determine the length-to-width ratio of the individual solar panels. In the promotional ASG video referenced earlier, you can see a slight, visible gap between the panels. A quick calculation, ignoring these gaps, gives an approximate length-to-width ratio of 2 (I should mention, from the data sheets for the solar panles they are actually more like 1.955 by 1). Taking into account that there is a gap inbetween the solar panels you can find that the ratio easily adjusts to 1.955 by 1.

    For example, consider the first configuration, consisting of 2 rows of 9 panels, with the overall system dimensions being 3.16 meters in height and 7.46 meters in length. Ingnoring the gaps, each solar panel measures 3.16m / 2 = 1.58 meters in length and 7.46m / 9 = 0.829 meters in width, resulting in a length-to-width ratio of 1.9. Accounting for a gap of a few centimeters, the ratio easily adjusts to 1.955. Let L be the actual length of a solar panel and W be its actual width, and assume there are eight vertical gaps of width d. Then, the system satisfies the equations: 7.46= 9W+8d, 3.16 = 2L, L/W = 1.955. Putting this into WolframAlpha here tells us that the value of d that achieves this is d=0.023m or 2.3cm.

    d. There is not a shred of evidence that the solar panels are 5 by 1!

    I would just like to emphasise: THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PRODUCE A SHRED OF EVIDENCE THAT THE SOLAR PANELS ARE 5 BY 1!

    A Sh*de Gr*ener trades as Eve*la*ting Boilers means A Sh*de Gr*ener does business under the name of Eve*la*ting Boilers.
    Which is another way of saying that Eve*la*ting Boilers is just another branch of the company A Sh*de Gr*ener! (I have very
    recently discovered that the Financial Ombudsman also say that that Sh*de Gr*ener trades as Eve*la*ting Boilers - see subsection f.
    of the webpage below.)


    If you click on the link to the ASA website and look at the section "Ad description" it says:

    "A website for boilers, www.everlastingboilers.co.uk, stated "Eve*la*ting boilers ... Say hello to your next - and last -
    boiler ... Our 36 kW output boilers are engineered to last..."

    Then if you look at the section "Response" it says:

    "1. & 2. A Shade Gr*ener Ltd (A Shade Gr*ener) said the claims that the boiler was "everlasting" referred to a
    concept that a homeowner who entered into an agreement with them to install a gas central heating boiler,...."

    So the complaint was made about the Eve*la*ting Boilers company website, and it was A Shade Gr*ener Ltd
    the ASA was in correspondence with! If A Shade Gr*ener weren't the company behind Eve*la*ting Boilers then
    they would have said so!!!! (I've included the screenshots below).

    Then if you look at the section "Action" it says:

    "The ad must not appear again in its current form. We told A Shade Gr*ener not to imply that their boilers

    If the boilers were not theiers, A Shade Gr*ener would have said so.

    I recently came across a Financial Ombudsman decision about a complaint involving a boiler that was installed and paid for through a finance agreement with Everlasting Boilers.

    A while back I took a photo of a Maragarine tub. It was obviously a photo of
    a Clover margarine tub:

    but this bizarre group wanted to believe it was a Stork margarine tub!

    Below, the photo on the right is of a Strok margarine tub:

    The nutcase group wants to say the photo on the left is the same type of
    margarine tub as the tub on the right!!
    They want to say they are both a "Stork" maragrine!!

    No!! The one on the left is a "Clover" and the one on the right is "Stork".
    One is yellow and one is white!

    Also, "Clover" has a curved bottom edge, and not straight. "Stork" has a straight bottom edge.
